Understand the signing step before you start
Creating a will online and signing a will online are different processes. Florida has specific rules for executing wills, including rules for electronic wills and remote witnessing. A signature drawn on a PDF does not by itself show that those requirements have been met. Florida Statutes §732.502 and §732.522.
The $49 plan prepares your document. Electronic signing, witnesses, notarization, and custody services are not included. Arrange the appropriate signing process separately.

Will Florida's preparation plan focuses on a last will and testament for Florida. It does not include a living will, trust, power of attorney, legal representation, or probate services.
Not every situation belongs in a self-service flow. Questions involving a spouse's rights, a Florida home, children from different relationships, or a beneficiary with special needs can call for individual legal advice.
